Hey, Renee, I have never believe that, however, are you one of those who believe that: Microsoft is an evil empire, its software is junk, and the company's success is rooted in deceptions, outright lies, legal trickery, and brute-force marketing? If so no need to prolong the discussion!

It is my opinion that if I can enlighten just one other person I have done a good deed. Here is another person with the mission to save the world from MSFT's conquer. Who think other people are dump and need his enlightenment. Keep trying, one day you may actually accomplish something.

A lot of people take offence when faced with an opposite opinion. I am not out to start an empty argument. I'm out to enlighten those who believe the hype that without MS we would all still be wearing fur and clubbing each other in the head. C'mon Rene. Do you think we're a bunch of idiots? We don't need your enlightenment. Many of us here, like you, are IT professionals. Many of us here, are serious investors. Whether or not NT requires re-booting every few days versus UNIX is pretty well known. But so what? The product is being sold at twice the rate of UNIX and 50% more than NOVL. That is what matters. How I invest is irrelevant in this context; the interesting point is the difference between what MS claim and what is reality. The context is investing!!! It is my opinion that if I can enlighten just one other person I have done a good deed. Is is my opinion that we don't really need your enlightenment. And you have not pointed out any differences between what MSFT clains and what is reality.
