I have employees that come into my office and say 'If I don't get an X Dollar raise, i'm outta here'. I always have to tell them 'seeya' because then there is nothing to stop them from this threat later down the road, OR from telling co-workers 'I got X raise when i threatened to walk' and then they ALL do it. What does SI do with possible future demands down the road ?? As much as i respect Tim, He is MUCH better off starting his own website, or possibly BUYING OUT a service that is publicly traded and owning it. What he (Tim) is proposing just isn't right, money-wise. But there is no reason to have trash posters on the thread, so in that case, he is correct. I know this will piss-off Tim, but oh well.
