It is significant that Teltek has already gotten contracts in China, Taiwan, Philippines, Korea,etc..Instead of having to deal with multiple governments, multiple ministries which can take a looong time to bring a project to completion, DGIV now only has to deal with Teltek directly as its partner.

The fact that Jimmy CHin has already established a working relationship with Teltek is big!!! It would make it much easier for DGIV to get deals with the other Asian countries besides China, since it is only "natural" that Teltek looks to DGIV to partner with itself in these other countries.
It sure seems we will have more good news from this relationship between DGIV and Teltek :))))
