You're right about the high price brokers, they answer their phones.
It's bad enough I can't get an on-line connection, and to call them is pure torture.

Rosemary, with all the money you've made this year,
why not upgrade? Get somebody that can buy HGRM in
times of turmoil and crisis. Just look outside the
Nation's Capital and you'll be fine...
