people have different levels of "risk tolerance". for some, getting contracts show that DGIV is a REAL company, and they are willing to invest on that basis. for others, the SEC filing is important and they would be willing to invest once they know the company intends to comply with the new rule requirements. I feel once DGIV has the contracts,it will address the SEC filing requirements. As a long-term shareholder, I am willing to wait, knowing that the share price will be going up with more contract announcements, in the meantime :))

1) I shall come back to DGIV only as a swing trade for the time being and only if it settles back down below $1.50 or lower. "Intending to comply" is not complying. I believe the intent has already been made public via a press release. 2) DGIV is a real company according to the numerous visitor accounts. 3) Would be nice to see some earnings or cash flow from the reported contracts and business contacts with established companies in critical countries. Of course, Louis International is one example of an association that nobody can seem to locate. Speaking of critical countries one must keep in mind the hope that these countries maintain an open door and open relationship with American companies like DGIV in times of turmoil, devaluation of currency, etc.. ..keeping in mind any catastrophe within these critical countries can spell trouble for American enterprise there like DGIV.
