t3/F (or 3T/F) means Three turds with flies. It is the lowest rating Mr. Pink has for a stock, which should be sold short. (actually, he made a special T4/F, but it's kind of like a five star general, an exception). There is so much chatter on the thread these days it's hard to find all Pink's advice, but newbies should try to follow along for a while before making us explain everything every other day.
