Yes, I like their management style, which is also why I think there won't be a split this time.

Volume shipment is only a couple quarters away, so I think they have to put out some forward looking stuff for the investors.

I think you're exactly right about the MSFT model. That's how I think of management too, very admirable qualities, lower expectations.
