No, they sure don't. They open it at a price where someone is willing to buy and someone else is willing to sell. Could be 368, could be lower, could be higher.

Hello Tonyt, Welcome to the GAP. when you see your stock GAP down
a few or lots of opoints youll know they dont have to open where
it closed. In this thin market with the market makers leaving in
droves, except for maybe 100 shs. you can look for a lot of gaps.
