MDT going forward. Dont bail on MDT now you will be selling at a low. MDT is going to complete the AVEI,SDG and Avecor deals in the next 45 days. The third qtr for MDT will end this month. The qtr will be a test for MDT to show Wallstreet what they can do will many cylinders running full.

Following the completion of these deals and if the market holds the 9000 level- I think MDT will be over $100 four months following the completion of the deals.

I'm out of MDT for now.

Following their big merger they will have indigestion for a while.

Pru downgrade to hold was the final straw.
