Actually, tfk, I have been thinking it is probably best not to post any more about this, since if the company had wanted this info public, they would have made it so. Often word of a deal getting out before it is closed can hurt the deal. Just my humble opinion. Best to take it to PM or EM I think. I know the domain names have been discovered, but we don't want thread speculation to harm the deal...

I have to agree with Andy. The actions of outsiders on contract negotiations can be only negative. Be glad we found the information but let the contractors work out the details. These things take time and Kodak doesn't have to do business with us. If they resent interuptions from outsiders they can walk away. Allow one of us to mention quietly during a regular contact if something is up. If you like I will ask.
