ztect.

For - and - against.

uBID IPO price has been raised by far. However, it doesnt make much, as the parent company doesn't get money as its uBIDs who does the issue. Here tha same. Only the share is valued but- reduced.

uBID flow is extremely small and it went to 189 - ubid 80% owner MALL - also very low flow went to 59, instead of 150.

MKTW operates in a very competitive area. MKTW income is limited to the subscriber / ad revenue base.

MKTW will end the day at 60. No more. ubid with a. 1.58 M flow ended at 60.

People think about it. The big co's are all short. There is nothing much to earn. If there is something to earn, buy MKTW after the "IPO dip."

C.

This is the best internet play in the financial sector unless you are able to get an allocation of marketwatch. Tomorrow will prove it.

<<Now is MKTW a Broadcast.com or a DRIV? Will you be able to buy MKTW instead of DBCC at comparable prices?>>

MKTW is just about like SPLN. Both have the backing of CBS, and both are content providers. SPLN has a market cap of under $600 million. Do the math.

MKTW is not a portal, nor is it an e-commerce play.

After MTKW trades there will be no reason to own DBCC. If you love MTKW you will buy MTKW, not DBCC.
