Stephen, Shortly after the announcement of AOL/NSCP, the stock price of AOL took a beating, and it only started to recover after the uncertainties involved in this deal were largely clarified. My guess--and that of my broker's as well--is that some big boyz would prefer to wait until everything became transparent. In a deal like this, the complexity of benefits/risk analysis involves many non-tangible items which became increasingly clear with time. The bean counters could only figure out the obvious. Ibexx
