I'll take a closer look and get back to you -- but their business hardly grew on a quarter by quarter comparison -- so maybe the acquisitions weren't all that great an idea? ...I think the earnings represent lack of pricing power ...acquisitions are an excuse that have been used ad nauseum.

We know the game -- take a huge charge and if business stinks you're covered -- nevertheless, I'll take a look ...

Agreed. I couldn't see evidence from MICA's earnings press release of stalled PC sales. If I remember correctly, distribution revenues were up 19% year to year, and 9% sequentially. There's no information to indicate whether box share of distribution was up, down, or the same ...

The only anomaly that jumps out on a cursory look is a very big jump in Receivables, similar jump in Payables.
