The word via the TV is wait and see; will take several years to see what happens between LU and CSCO; hold CSCO meanwhile.

CSCO is a great company, still the # 1 player. Lucent is seeking to broaden it's product line to allow it to compete with CSCO in all areas. CSCO pulled back on the news. But it is not a big deal for CSCO. I do not expect CSCO to suffer any time soon. This is simply a knee jerk rection.
