George: There is a major discussion current on the Qualcomm thread re FCC frequency spectrum (mis)management and software radios initiated by a quote of a George Gilder statement. Hope the quotes of you are accurate and reflect your views, George. Seem to be consistent at least with your views as I understand them. Curious if you know status of software radio development at this point and what public company, if any, is working on them now that Tellabs has bowed out. Respect. Chaz
