I asked him why he chose the name and he said "business reasons". He also acknowledged the registering of the other sites. My conclusion is that these are already seeing the e commerce distributorships contracts after joining hands with cohesive. I have invested in tsig on the above theory alone. There is a need to spread the word around. I will do what i can. I have already informed stockwinners.com about this.
