Kevin, I agree that they beat the streets expectations from a few days ago. I do expect a rout tomorrow and will probably pick some more up. I can't get thru to the conf call #. Anyone gotten thru or someone post a synopsis. Regards, Kash

Kevin, Earlier today I posted to Joey that I was "nervous about the ASPs". I couldn't say much more than that. The problem was ASPs.... not the number of chips...(no kidding). 5.5 million was a lot of chips. That's a nice gain in market share. Next quarter they should do 7.5 to 8 million. That's even better. The K6-3 and K7 will raise ASPs. That's why I will buy when the K6-3 becomes more evident. Selling today was a crapshoot...IF they would have announced the K6-3 stock would be more stable. They didn't though. SO, we agree, that's the good news. Let's see how it drops. It already dropped 3 3/4 in after hours trading. This is REAL trading, as after market trading of NYSE stocks takes place on the floor of the NYSE for one hour after the market closes, not just some manipulation by a NASDAQ MM at a terminal. Jim
