Granted. Its OKAY to be long in a stock.

But wouldnt you set stops or cash in some of your position if the stock trends down to protect your investment?

I guess I see things from a totally different perspective. I do have a portfolio of blue chippers like GE, CPQ and the like that I have held forever or hold for a certain target then sell to move onto another blue chipper.
