With the trowel of patience we dig out the roots of truth.

Scam: This has been discussed previously and dismissed. The recent actions of the insiders tell the story. The results from the boulders, previous dill intercepts, the size of the indicator mineral train, the type of kimberlite all pointed to finding some large diamonds in the mini-bulk. It would have been a bigger surprise if there were none.

Aber spinning it off: This is not new. Aber talked about this three years ago. When a discovery is made (there existing deposit) the company often spins off all other assets into another entity so that they can be valued on their own merits and so that the insiders can continue to control them. Diamond Fields did the same. I do not believe this has anything to do with a disagreement between Aber and Winspear. Winspear makes the decisions but no one forced Aber into participating monetarily. I am sure Aber insiders and large shareholders would not mind full participation in the leveraged 'bubble' provided by Snap Lake. What better way to do it than spin it off and own shares in the leveraged vehicle? They don't want to distance themselves from it, they want to get closer to it.

Sincerely,
Sudhir Khanna, P.Eng.
