The usual cleverly worded yet ultimately empty PR from DGIV...

Is a "Joint Venture Agreement" akin to a "Memorandum of Understanding"? Will we see a release in a few days saying that DGIV may not have the resources to follow through with this "contract" either, as they had to do with the Egypt release?

And this part was especially interesting...

''By joining with Digitcom, Teltek not only gains an effective North American partner to market long distance services between China and the United States, but the partnership also holds the prospect for the introduction of advanced Internet Protocol voice communications technology to the Chinese market.''

So it certainly appears that DGIV is a salesman here, working on commission. Although DGIV's "proprietary technology" is hyped, Teltek does not appear to have any use for it at the moment. There's always "the prospect" that someone, in some country, may use it someday of course.

Teltek gets a company to shill for it, while DGIV gets a little stock price boost. Cute.
