Today in my Bally's gym's sauna I talked to an investment banker who told me he takes Chinese company public on the Nasdaq by putting them in shells. I do not know this individual and could not tell if he was a BS artist or not. To give you a visual he was sitting in the sauna and is in is low 60's, had his shorts on and a gold silver dollar necklas on. He told me he travels to China about 6 times a year. After he told me what he does I asked him "What's the deal, are the Chinese making it hard for American companies to business in China?". His response was "No not at all it's a piece of cake if you know who to talk to and you go in as a joint venture. You can get the papers signed in 30 minutes. You do have to use Chinese workers of course." Then he proceeded to tell me that he just took a company called BLAI public and is trading around $3 with a book value of $1.50. He did not know anything about RMGG. Like I said, I don't know the guy it's just what he told me. When everyone is crying the Major is buying.
