Pluvia, I am pleased to hear that the lawsuit was settled so quickly. Since the deal is for shares and cash, am I in danger of being given shares? I had intended to donate any proceeds that I received to the Salvation Army, but I won't donate shares as I have too much respect for the SA. My loss wasn't too severe, so I doubt that any shares I received would be worth the commission to sell. I suppose if I am forced to become a shareholder again, I will certificate and frame it so I won't forget the incident. Barb
