Anthony: Since it seems like everyone went to bed....please answer a couple of questions for me. What do you mean when you say cover? Do you mean buy shares. Don't laugh now....how does one borrow shares? Does one pay for them?

A@C: If what you say is true, it will not fair well for the DBCC longs. But you as well as anyone know, on these bulletin boards anyone can come on and say anything. And all know you are short if indeed you are Anthony@Pacific and this hearsay supports your position.

If you are truely here to help, please provide proof for the thread...

(No position in DBCC at this time.)

Regards,
LG

Excuse me? Is it not true that insiders must file a 144 before they sell? If you would, are you short?

Anthony..

What you state falls far short of evidence and would be not admitted in a court of law simply because it is hearsay.

Regarding your statement "..There is word coming from DC that the insiders are busy selling stock to everyone in the public...." Please substantiate. You can't make a statement like that without specific information and a way for that information to be independently verified.

Please be forewarned I am recording the contents of this thread (especially your posts because of your hypocrisy) because hearsay provided as "truth" to adversely effect the price of the stock by insinuation is manipulation- which is clearly a SEC violation especially in light of your stated short position.

Here are some rules and regs that apply.

law.uc.edu

"General Rules and Regulations
promulgated
under the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934

Rule 10b-5 -- Employment of Manipulative and Deceptive Devices

It shall be unlawful for any person, directly or indirectly, by the use of any means or instrumentality of
interstate commerce, or of the mails or of any facility of any national securities exchange,

a.To employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud,

b.To make any untrue statement of a material fact or to omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading,

or

c.To engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person, in connection with the purchase or sale of any security."

So I implore you to provide independently verifiable evidence of your statements.
