Apparently BLLS is a company formed by ex-BILL employees. The key people are Micehal Long, Louis Hoch, David Jones. Out of which Michael and Louis were working for Anderson before forming BLLS and David was an internet programmer with BILL. I have not heard of them getting any VC backing or having any customer s as well. But then having a ".com" in front of their name may be enough !! There concept is to become internet billing clearing house. I am not sure about the details. The company web site says that it saves postage !! Just my two cents.
