David -- I agree on Brazil, that is actually a positive for the market. It was just hanging there like a well telegraphed cloud. Devaluing was the right thing to do -- good for the hedge funds too (they have been banging their knifes and forks for the devaluation.

Yep. I agree..

Never short the nets [unless hedged with warrants or puts].

Don't expect sustained down moves with the nets during earnings reporting season [with good tech sales gains].

Hope instanet and after hours quotes carry thru till open so I can pick up more XCIT at 59 or 60. But somehow with the futures up so much, I don't think I will get the opportunity.
