Did anyone notice that Braverman repeated his "buy" recommendation on Yahoo yesterday morning (Jan 13) before the market opened on a CNBC interview, and then after the bell he immediately downgraded Yahoo along with several other net stocks?

Did he suddenly have a change of heart or was he just lying to the CNBC public in attempt to hold up Yahoo while his clients could dump the shares before his downgrade later in the afternoon? When Mark Haines spoke with Jim Cramer about his wavephore fiasco recently, Mark repeated the rules that analysts and guests on CNBC must adhere to. They have to disclose their positions. Mark and CNBC should have that Braverman guy banned from the set for this kind of crap.
