"NOT NOVEL" is my poor, lame inside joke and an attempt to spur XOMA to say something about each patent when released. If XOMA has no press release I assume they did not think the patent was novel enough to talk about. I have calculated that sometime in the next 30 years my efforts will pay off and XOMA will at a minimum put some comment about each patent on its' web and even have press releases for more of them. <g>
