David -- AMZN is uncoupling from the rest of the market. The futures show a more confident market, not a market with resumed confidence in AMZN. Consider the implications of an up day for the market and a down day for AMZN. I actually think AMZN's down move is more like to help the rest of the market. People can say the problems are in the nets, not the market. The watch word will be sector rotation -- watch the talking heads in the next week. They will say, 'ya market valuations were overdone, but look, AMZN has gone down and so the froth isn't there any more'. Buy something else -- a real company with real prospects would be a good choice. Do I need to say the trend is down?
