mad-- TXN/AWRE litigation...that is one thing about which i have no doubt. he is completely correct. we just have to wait until AWRE starts making some money. until then there is little point in suing. TXN gets its IP attorneys from a special breeding camp in the 6th level of hell. patent litigation is now a major profit center at the company. as for the other assertions...the frog cowboys(DSC/ALA??!?!), etc....who knows. all i want is for the company to make money. at any rate, i am enjoying getting a decent price for some of my shares <G>. good luck to all, trey
