Might be sell programs that kicked in on a stop loss basis? Big institutions run their holdings with computers. Computers sell. Individual investors, click, click, click up the bargains. ?? Just a thought?

Hi Dalin,..Re:, I don't know why it didn't hit me then, but if there were no sellers, how did the price get that low? On Squawk Box yesterday morning, the S&P futures, March contract, and the NAZ100 futures were lock limit down. On the thinly traded Globex session, traders sold off the futures and since it is thinly traded, big moves are exaggerated.
