Hound,

I have always "parked" 25% of my profits in a seperate account (Janus Flexible Income Fund) to earn steady and compounded returns until its time to answer Uncle Sam. This fund, and in no way, shape or form do I work for Janus, is primarily invested in long-term bonds and notes and some large cap stocks so the fund does not fluctuate much if any. I also park some of the money in a Steers and Cohen REIT.

By the way...I think you should know that owning a two bedroom condo with a full ocean view above the beach is a very large investment. I can assure you it is worth over $400,000 since I just got an appraisal on it earlier in the year for that since I re-financed to a 15 year loan.

Jane:-)
