janice dear you are not a defendant in 'this' case, that is true but you are now a part of it & first concorde is depending on your diligence dear.

I'm at a loss to see why or how. Since I don't work for First Concorde, I'm afraid they don't depend on me for anything at all. Perhaps you didn't notice: in the relevant document Judd is quite rightly protesting that I'm not part of this case.

i have to tell you dear your claims here are going to hurt first concorde very much imo.

How so? I do believe you've got this backwards. It's Mikey who's gonna get laughed outta court. I can just picture him babbling incoherently about evil shortsellers and waving a copy of Fortune at Judge George.

Will George say to him once again: "I don't care about that"?

A question for the others: Can Spidey possibly be as stupid as he seems?

Let's talk a little business here...

Anyone who had read the court transcripts knows that the DTC is an indispensable party to the suit and therefore must be named as a defendant before Judge George lets the case continue. Adding the DTC to the defendant list is as simple as just naming them. However, to assure they are legally required to show up in court they have to be served. I find it quite interesting that there's no record anywhere of AZNT actually serving the DTC. And even if the DTC is served, it is my understanding they can still petition the court to dismiss them as a defendant. Of course I don't have to tell you what that might do to AZNT's case.

So, has or has not the DTC yet been served by AZNT?
