Gil <<<When will all of this negative commentary about service show up
on cnbc or the Journal?
It appears to me that the hi fliers have been successfully distributed
and until the stocks are liquidated due to margin calls they wont
be a safe hold or buy.. >>>

Now thats one question that I wonder in amazement about daily and one statement than could not be truer.

Bloomberg reported yesterday, "Nasdaq's chief technology officer, John Hickey, said the market received no complaints today of slow trade confirmations.

There often are delays at the open of trading, because of the
rush of trades, he said. Nasdaq tries to get trade confirmations
back within three seconds of an execution, he said.

Traders said today's delays were worse than usual. For the
first 15 minutes of the session, it took up to a minute to get a
trade confirmation, some said."

Wow now if only Ameriturd could be as good as a worse than usual day on Nasdaq. One minute trade confirmations would be outstanding--and their actually complaining about that at Nasdaq. Go figure.
