Bindusagar, I agree with many of your points re. LU/ASND. In fact, I had expressed the same thoughts earlier on this thread. In essence, LU and ASND had had a trial marriage before calling it official; they knew there would be cultural compatibility. (product compatibility is so obvious). Ibexx (long on LU and CSCO)

Bindusagar Reddy,<Another lead from one of the houses was that LU won a big ATM deal with SBC ( currently not ASND customer).
