AMGV seemed to have so much going for it...a good product and priced right a tremendous association with Wal-Mart...which is investing millions upon millions enhancing their own online shopping site and Avail (AMGV) computers was the main line of desktops and laptops featured on Wal-Marts' online catalogue as BTO's!! They also put on their board a top exec. from Microsofts' Hotmail that was an expert in banner advertising....they seemed to have everything going for them and could maybe one day have competed with the likes of Dell.
And now this....all the sudden they merge with NCLS??? and a reverse split 1 for 10???
What was it all about....I really don't understand the advantage over what they had, even if it provided extra financing.
I feel like the rug was pulled out from under me!!!
Just MHO.
