Oh no I haven't, Auntie. Not me. Something tells me that the story of The Whole World vs Mikey Sylver isn't gonna end well for him. I am truly astonished that you don't seem to realize how absolutely idiotic Mikey's motion is. And how potentially dangerous for him. I think, alas, that Judge George, gasping in pain resulting from the ribs he cracked laughing at Mikey's insistence that Fortune is somehow part of the dastardly plot against him, will dismiss this nonsense out of hand. But let's consider what might happen if I at some point am called to testify. Let's say the hapless Robert Qualey tries to use the posts written by me and cited by Spidey last night to prove, um, something or other. Uh-oh! That'll open the door for the defense attorneys to bring up all sorts of stuff about the SI thread. Gee!! All those posts by "Icabod", for example. Just who IS "Icabod", lololololol? I should think it'd be easy to use my testimony to enter on an investigation of what was actually discussed on the thread--you know, to determine whether what I've said was accurate or not--that'd undoubtedly include embarrassing material like the press release in which the company announced that RETN was distributing ToN to 250 Sweet Factory outlets. Eeeeeuuuuwwww. Bummer. I am laughing.
