That says it all. And, I agree with your last four words, this pullback is over.

INDEX UPDATE
==================================

For those interested in the INTERNUTs, I am starting to notice negative chart patterns in some of the smaller issues. For example, ONSL is forming a DESCENDING TRIANGLE, and EGGs has recently broken its lower trendline to the downside.

The premiums for many of the internuts are outrageous, so I am watching the smaller issues carefully to play the internuts to the downside, since the premiums are much more reasonable.

As I have mentioned previously, I believe that as the internuts goes so does the market. Subjectively, whats moving this market up recently is mainly momentum and liquidity and I believe the best sector to see momentum and liquidity at work is the INTERNUTs and some other HiTECHs.

The INTERNET INDEX(DOT.X) in one day (intraday basis) has come down about 100 points or about 16% from TUE's highs. Is this the beginning of the downside of the PARABOLIC SPIKE? It may be. If the DOT.X continues down I believe that is one confirmation of a MID-TERM TOP for the overall market if not a LONG-TERM TOP.

Donald: >>>>>The rebound in the NAZ yesterday has many optimistic that this pullback is over<<<< I am not turning bullish yet. My comments were strictly on the NAZ. Notice that the DJIA did not rebound as much than the NAZ and the RUT. Neither did they loose as much (intraday) percentage wise. So the comparisons alluded in my previous post is not valid for this indicator.
