CNBC is looking a little pissed this morning after being used again by another analyst (Waterman) who pulled the old pump and dump with CNBC being the unwitting (or are they?) accomplice. The balls of this guy to be on their show yesterday saying Yhoo is the blue chip internet stock which he recommends, then to lower his rating after the bell (and I'm sure we all now know who was selling at the end of the day now).

If this isn't illegal, it has to be right on the line. It is definately clear these guys would sell their own mother to make a buck
