It is always a pleasure to wake up and find that A@P and his crew have been up all night trying to spam this stock. Nice to know that they are so scared they couldn't sleep.

This is the best indicator DBCC could have, for it "gravity" was going pull this stock down, as they insist over and over and over, then there would be no need for them to post the same bull and use every scare tactic in the book.

Don't be mislead by unsubstantiated bull and Little Anthony's self-promotions of his brilliance and self-righteousness. If otherwise, there would be no need for Little Anthony to post here over and over again. Nice civil tone, however, but it doesn't change the fact than when you come to a thread to spam, its still spam no matter how sweet your tone.

These are vultures who seek to make money by scaring people into selling positions and benefit from others loss. There's nothing wrong with shorting a stock. There's plenty wrong with spamming a stock to try to create a downdraft to benefit a short position.

Anybody every hear about what a genius Little Anthony is from any source other than him or his crew? I didn't think so.

SHG

ztect-just what we need another freakin' lawyer!

Come on, z, I like your "normal" posts - you seem very rational and thorough - but please don't stoop down to quoting legal fine print on this board when you know that what you are trying to prove is very innocuous and won't hold water anywhere. Stick to the subject matter and you will be better off.

BTW I am short and also do not agree with many short's SPAMMING tactics. That be what it may, I am always open to educated dialogue from both sides of the position. Please, just don't resort to the legalese crap.

Thanks,
Moby.
