Tom, You Just Got To Believe! If you believe it to be, it is (or they put you in a rubber room). What is this stuff of 2+2=3. I thought it was "5". Then again, as they say, want do you want it to be? As an accountant, I wasted several years of stock market analysis by focusing on value. Fortunately, (for me) Bill waved his magic wand and convinced me that I was buying a piece of paper, not a piece of a company. I keep saying that the baby-boomers have affected everything from marbles and hula hula hoops to housing prices as they were buying. Why should stocks be any different? Berney
