I agree HJ, sounds funny to me. Think there may be a BIG difference between best and worst utilities in our country. I'm told ours is over 85% sure they will have no problems, while a utility in a neighboring state is suggesting buying generators.
I think if they are compliant, let them say so and get on with business.
