Mike, As mentioned, the BancBoston Robertson Stephens report has a detailed section on :Genomics Competitive Landscape They list the companies, major technologies, business, areas of overlap,and comments. The companies listed are: Affymetrix, CuraGen, Genome Therapeutics, Genset, Human Genome Sciences, Hyseq, Incyte, Lynx Pharmaceuticals, Millennium, Myriad Genetics, Progenitor. Their packet would be well worth the time to e-mail or call them at 301/987-1783.

Mike; I think from your list that the main competitor to GLGC is CRGN, although their business strategy differs somewhat. GLGC wants to get to profitability fast, while CRGN wants to mine the genome fast. This segment of biotech field is sure exciting as the advancements are starting to pay off. I like your watch list, particularly ENZ and VYSI. Sure would appreciate further comments on either of them. ENZ is maybe working on DNA testing of resistant bacteria - do you have any feel for where they stand? Good Investing; Steve
