Phoney Buy Recommendation!!!!! on CAGI on stocktalknews.com is paid for "but not disclosed" and is moving the stock up. Stocktalk was paid 2 million shares to pump this dog. CAGI is saying this is an unsolicited buy rec. and it is not!!
