Do you really think the ASND shareholders are going to be successful in blocking the LU deal? I think some lawyer needed to make a house payment and saw what profits were available to take from the shareholders' of ASND stock. I doubt that they could do anything to stop the transaction.

I sure hope NN is not going to go into the corner and hide. Where is that G1 announcement!!!!!!!!!!!!!
