"This is one more very significant piece added to the Digitcom Global Network," said Jimmy Chin,
Digitcom CEO. "Our appreciation goes out to Mr. Hsieh and Teltek for their long-term effort in opening a

Alan Hsieh, Teltek Managing Director said, "By joining with Digitcom, Teltek not only gains an effective

partnership also holds the prospect for the introduction of advanced Internet Protocol voice
communications technology to the Chinese market."

"Our joint venture means that Digitcom can now respond to the many requests for toll-quality long
distance between the U.S. and China that have been made of us," said Chin. "We are very pleased to be
able to add China to our network," he concluded.
