Hello Ted and you bring up many questions that I would also like answers to. When the letter of intent was signed, most, if not all of us, kept expecting BIG news announcements out of Click even as early as Christmas and were very disappointed of no announcements at all except for the PNL and Tapie deal. I was extremely excited about both deals and the projections of a very good return on my money until I contacted Click Online just to realize that we still, for the most part, only owned a shell and until the deal was consummated it really wouldn't matter what kind of business deals transpired with Click unless it was inked. As for when this will happen and as to whom is the holdup I don't really know. All I was told by Mr. Bendov was that the company was doing dd and working very hard on a daily basis to bring closure. I still remain very confident that "if and when" the deal is inked we will be very happy with our investment. I don't have to say anything about "on the other hand". I think we all know we'll just own a shell but I still have hope and a lot of money invested in a promise. Hope I have helped and IMO I am in too deep to get out now. I was told by Mr. Bendov himself that he would be here in the US all week but don't know the details of his visit. He did add that he hoped to bring good news by the end of the month as I have eluded to in a prior post.

Regards,
Fred
