<Once, AMD was the world leader in PLDs with almost 50% of the market and Altera and Xilinx were no more than blips on the radar screen. No, it was all thrown away so Sanders could spend all of AMD resources on taking on Intel.>
Once AMD was, true. But what makes you think that
the profitable business would be thrown away for
an illusive business proposition? Why you do not
assume that those small companies outsmarted the
leader and AMD HAS TO ABANDON the business since
it is no longer profitable? Intel did it with
memory business, so what is wrong?

<April '97 and July '97 disappointments.>
Disappointments? What is that? Some people
get easily overexcited over a trifle, than fall
into a deep depression if it appears to
be smaller then they are lead to believe.
Those people are called "greedy fools".

<a new round of suckers will get lured in by Sander's
lies and hype> Are you sure you did not misspell
the word "hope" as "hype"? And what kind of
"obstruction of justice" did Jerry commit?
Elaborate please.
