What does this do for shareholders of Peapod? I hope this isn't similar to KTWO selling it's banner software to 24/7 (who went public and took off while KTWO has stake in 24/7 but not the stock value of 24/7). In other words, is Peapod spinning off technology for a future IPO and we are left with the groceries?
Can anyone help me with this?
