Hello Chris

The TSIS still has only a handshake deal with MCI. However it is moving forward.A final signing still may be a month or two away.

Fronteer Comm is up and running as of Dec 15th and will increase revenues at least 60 percent.

I think that the buying is due to TSIS getting close to the 12 month low and being a great buying opportunity.

These are only my opinions.
