because when you call TechSupport, they always blame it on the subscriber's ISP.

I am SO glad I dumped you guys for InterQuote a year ago. You are having the same goofy problems you did back then, and I'm sure you are still blaming the problems on your customers. Meanwhile, I think InterQuote has been down perhaps once (for 1/2 hour) in the last year...otherwise a perfect feed. I didn't know how lousy RTT was until I switched to InterQuote.
